Hospital isolates patients after super bug infected patient died of Ebola; Texas governor: 'there's zero hope'
Dale Thomas, 45, became the fourth doctor in the country to be diagnosed with Ebola since Saturday, the same day he was discharged from a hospital.
Thomas was in Dallas Friday afternoon, according to the city's mayor. City officials announced earlier Monday that Thomas had been identified as an Ebola patient treated at Baylor Medical Center in Texas.
The CDC has confirmed at least 27 additional deaths from Ebola in West Africa, though in the last 48 hours, at least nine others have died.
Rudds new team-mates Paul McGowan and Paul Heinemann were both injured and out injured at last weekend's A-League Grand Final on the Melbourne City circuit.
The two players were given a two-match ban for their actions during Australia's opening game of the tournament. McGowan was dropped after he clashed with referee Tim Howard while the latter was giving a penalty to City midfielder Vincent Debaty.
The latter was later found not guilty of causing injury and has now been charged with careless conduct by referee Lee Symons. A separate charge related to a second booking against Heinemann over the following months.
City and its supporters have already spoken out against the NRL team-mates actions and will look to pressure the NRL into not taking any action against those involved.
There are three other Newcastle players currently being investigated for alleged match fixing: striker Jamie Maclaren, goalkeeper Scott Varcoe and forward Luke Brooks.
